The Convergys Home Team is a set of home-based agents who are trained to provide customer service assistance or technical support for another company’s customers or subscribers. Training will be provided to those who have passed the preliminary application.
To be part of the Convergys Home Team, you will need: – To establish a home office that is free from distractions – A personal computer to run the Home Agent Platform. (For the PC requirements, there is a test that you can run during the application process to see if your computer is capable of running the platform.) – An Internet connection (strictly DSL or cable only) – A completed application to be submitted online
