Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company is looking for experienced Telephone Sales Representatives to join its Sales Team! Full time and Part time daytime shifts are now available!
• Monday-Friday, 9am – 6 pm plus every other Saturday.
• Monday-Friday, 9am – 3:30 pm plus every other Saturday.
*All candidates must be able to work on Saturdays (9am – 6:00pm). Qualified candidates will be responsible for making follow-up sales calls to prospective customers; no cold calling. Telesales Life Insurance Reps also handle inbound sales and customer service calls. Successful candidates will:
• Possess a strong desire to help seniors understand their life insurance options.
• Be an enthusiastic, goal focused, member of a team of professional telesales insurance specialists.
• Have 1 or more years of call center experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Have some college; a PA life insurance license is highly preferred, but not required.
• Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Be competent with computer systems.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus. Telesales Reps are strongly encouraged to obtain life insurance licensing within six months of hire.
