Some responsibilities include:

TrainingPeaks has an immediate opening for a Customer Success Representative to provide an exceptional experience to all customers with the end goal of increasing their success as coaches and athletes. This is a seasonal, remote position scheduled through January 31, 2017, 10-20 hours per week at $12/hour. Weekend and evening availability AND reliable internet access is required for this work from home role. A laptop computer and a monthly internet allowance will be provided.

This position’s primary responsibility is to answer and troubleshoot customer questions and issues for athletes and coaches across our entire product line, including TrainingPeaks.com, WKO and Best Bike Split.

Core Functions:

Resolve customer questions and issues via online ticketing system (ZenDesk)
Provide exceptional service for athletes and or coaches
Encourage the use of the TrainingPeaks ecosystem of products and features where appropriate

Required Qualifications:

One year recent experience actively using TrainingPeaks.com
Highly customer focused team player
Proven positive ‘can do’ ‘will do’ attitude
Passion for endurance sports, health & fitness
Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally (both written and verbal)
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills without a lot of direction or input
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reside in Colorado

Experience using TrainingPeaks.com as a Coach

Intelenet Global Services is looking for individuals experienced in the travel and hospitality industry to work on our travel rewards account! This will be a work-from-home position.

Next training class will start on October 10th and is 4 weeks long.

Position Details
Agents answer incoming calls from card members who want to redeem their reward points to book trips. Calls include providing travel options, booking travel, assisting with navigation of the travel website, cancelling trips, etc.

This is a work-from-home position. Computer equipment and software provided. Candidates must provide high speed internet access.

Responsibilities include

Booking leisure domestic and international reservations
Provide excellent customer service over the phone to customers
Navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications

Requirements

Previous experience working in a work-from-home call center environment, required.
Previous travel experience booking air, hotel, car, etc, preferred.
Provide high speed internet access in your home. Must be at least 3MB upload/10MB download speed, cannot be satellite ISP. Must provide proof of internet connection and speed to be considered.
Must be available to start on October 17th, and attend all training sessions, without any absence, for the first 4 weeks. Training is Monday-Friday.
Be proficient in computer operation and website navigation
