Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Handle inbound calls and applications from potential clients using SEM, SEO, and PPC marketing channels.
- Assist clients by gathering information on their financial situation and offering tailored solutions, including enrollment in the company’s programs.
- Provide accurate financial analysis to customers.
- Maintain a consultative relationship with customers throughout the process.
- Qualify and educate clients on the benefits of the company’s financial solutions.
- Execute orders using the company’s CRM system.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in maintaining and developing accounts is a plus.
