Key Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will handle various tasks, ensuring efficient operation and communication across the department. Core responsibilities include:

  • Managing Communication
    • Screen, prioritize, and respond to a high volume of calls and emails.
    • Escalate non-routine issues to management as needed.
  • Meeting Coordination
    • Schedule and maintain a heavy meeting calendar.

  • Project Management

    • Manage onboarding processes and schedules for new providers and preceptors.
    • Update SharePoint sites and maintain NP profiles.
    • Collect and distribute submissions for the Recognition Program and Provider Feedback Forms.
    • Distribute Care Management Referrals as per company guidelines.
