The Crossroads Group, Inc., an organizational development survey firm, is seeking a part-time phone interviewer with expertise in Hawaiian Pidgin dialect and culture. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong phone presence and professional communication skills who have an understanding of Hawaii’s unique cultural context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting customer interviews with individuals in Hawaii
- Utilizing knowledge of the Hawaiian Pidgin dialect and culture during interviews
- Demonstrating professional communication and high ethical standards
- Maintaining good English grammar and spelling
- Some translation work may be required
Position Details:
- Pay: $20/hour (output-based)
- Type: Part-time, contract-based
- Schedule: Flexible, work from home
- Training: Some project-specific training provided
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least one year of experience in phone surveys, customer service, or translation
- Education: Associate degree required
- Language Skills: Proficiency in both Pidgin English (Hawaii) and standard English
