Key Responsibilities
The position includes several important tasks, such as:
- Handling Inquiries: Responding to phone calls and emails regarding various HR matters, such as policies, compliance with federal and state regulations, and required screenings like background checks and drug screens.
- Policy Resource: Acting as a knowledgeable resource on HR policies, employee relations, required training, workers’ compensation, and other HR-related compliance issues.

- Employee Relations Support: Providing guidance to managers on investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination processes, while escalating matters to Regional HR Managers as necessary.
- Rehire Approvals: Approving rehire requests in accordance with established company policies and guidelines.
